Commercial Image Licensing and Usage Agreements

LICENCE AGREEMENT TO USE IMAGES SUPPLIED BY ÅSA BELL PHOTOGRAPHY

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT (YOUR LICENCE) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ASSOCIATED IMAGES.

Royalty-free commercial use

My standard license agreement is the Royalty-Free license which means you pay for the Media only once and then you can use the Media in perpetuity and worldwide, with just a few restrictions. This is a one-person license and can be used only by the account owner or their employee, for the company's own projects or clients and cannot be transmitted to another party.

The owner (Åsa Bell Photography) of the copyrighted photograph or video being purchased (the "Work"), hereby grants you the non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and perpetual right to use, reproduce, and distribute the copyrighted Work and to incorporate the copyrighted Work, in whole or in part, into derivative works for sale and distribution. Content can be used in print, in digital or in any other medium or format.

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

The copyright shall be retained by Åsa Bell Photography. Buying the high-resolution image (purchasing the license) does not transfer the copyright. We recommend that you credit the photographer when you use an image. Any unauthorised reproduction or modification of any images will constitute a breach of copyright. This includes making copies or ‘screen shots’ of images shared by the photographer online.

Owner retains all other rights in the Work and any derivative work, including without limitation, the right to use, copy, sell, license, and distribute copies of the Work in all markets and territories.

In consideration for the grant of this non-exclusive license, you agree to pay Owner the amount specified, due and payable immediately prior to your downloading a digital copy of the Work.

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws designated by Owner, now or in the future.
